Open the Nadabox app, select the retailer, snap a photo of the item, and place it at your doorstep ahead of pickup day. We verify and process your return — no labels, no printing, no lines.
Right at your doorstep or your preferred pickup spot. Empty boxes, recycling plastics, and online returns can all go in the same area — everything is picked up and processed together.
Once per week on your scheduled day — set your items out the night before or by early morning. The app lets you track your driver, message us directly, and get reminders. Your pickup day is confirmed during setup.
